Anthi has been working at ALTER EGO since 2009 and since 2013 she holds the position of General Manager. She holds a degree in Economics from the American College of Greece - Deree and a master's degree in "Property Investment & Management" from Nottingham Trent University from the United Kingdom.
Deputy General Manager & Soft Services Operation Manager
Nikos is part of the team of Alter Ego since 2004. He is, Deputy Director and Head Officer of the Operations. He owns large experience in the management of IMF projects, as well as projects of soft services of high complexity and health-care criticality. He owns a Bachelor’s Degree from the Department of Structural Projects of the University of Piraeus and a Degree in Executive Diploma Leadership & Human Resources Management by the Metropolitan University.
Eleni Georgaki - Botini
Head of Payroll & Financial Affairs
Eleni works in Alter Ego since the first establishment of the company (1986). She was the Head Officer of the Accounting Department and had the overall responsibility for 30 consecutive years. With the transfer of the accounting department to the parent company in 2017, Eleni became responsible for the Division of the Payroll Department and the Financial Division of the Company. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Law School with specialization in working relationships.
Head of Administrative Services
Stavroula joined the team of Alter Ego in 2008. She is responsible for the administrative functions of the company, and more specifically for the preparation and management of contracts and legal requirements, as well as the development and supervision of ISO systems. Furthermore, she is responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures of the company, office management and issues related to the HR Department, such as the training, assessment, etc. Stavroula has a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Culture, has the Certificate “Human Resources Management” by the Hellenic Management Association, is certified as Sustainability (CSR) Practitioner with Diploma in Management & Leadership by the CMI (Chartered Management Institute).
Georgia joined the team of Alter Ego in 1997. She works in the accounting department of the parent company and is responsible person of Alter Ego for the issuance of pricing tables, accounting registration of invoices and collection of amounts receivable. Georgia has a specialization in the IT Accounting and recently completed her Master Studies in Financial Management by the Hellenic Management Association.
Account Manager – North Greece
Dimitris works in Alter Ego since 2015. He is responsible for the office of the Company in Thessaloniki and manages the projects of the company in North Greece, (airports, hospitals, offices, retail offices, etc.) Dimitris has a Bachelor’s Degree from the Department of Accounting, Business Administration and Economics of Thessaloniki, with specialization in IT Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration by the Hellenic Management Association.
Kostas works in Alter Ego since 2001 and owns a degree from the department of structural projects of the University of Piraeus and is a qualified electrician. He began his career in the company as a maintenance electrician, but very soon took the supervisory role of Alter Ego’s Technical Sector. Today, he is involved with the management of important customers, such as Citric, adidas, Miele, NN and others. Moreover, Kostas has experience in the management of constructive projects, and at the same time coordinates the Customer Service Call Center, at 18123, all around Greece.
Roula belongs in the team of Alter Ego since 2014. She has extensive experience in cleaning services and is responsible for the Management of project quality, as well as the training and co-ordination of the cleaning sector. Moreover, she has the role of General Supervision for the cleaning supervisors of in-hospital facilities and the assurance of high-quality services. Roula owns the certificate “Cleaning Operators Proficiency Certificate” by the British Institute of Cleaning Science. Furthermore, she is an examiner/ partner of KEK ΙΒΕΠΕ for the certification on cleaning techniques.
Thalia works in Alter Ego since April 2017. She is responsible for the management of soft services (cleaning, pest control, waste management, first aid, mailroom) that we offer in the Stavros Niarchos Cultural Foundation Center. She owns a degree from the department of Civil and Structural Engineering of the TEI of Crete and speaks excellent English and French.
Soft Services Supervisor
Antonia began working in Alter Ego as a supervisor in 2014, in hospital spaces and in the meantime, she got promoted to the position of Soft Services Supervisor, and up to the present day she is responsible for the supervision and proper implementation of the cleaning procedures of big and demanding projects, such as Ernst & Young, Vodafone, ICAP, etc.
Senior Payroll Administrator
Ilias works in the HR Department of Alter Ego since 2017. Among others, he is involved in the payroll procedures of the personnel. Ilias has a Bachelor’s Degree from the Department of Business and Organization Administration in Kalamata.
Soft Services Supervisor
Eleni is in the team of ALTER EGO A.E. since 2020 as a Soft Services supervisor with many years of experience in the field. Eleni is a graduate of the Institute of Accounting.
Key Account Manager
Thanasis has been working at ALTER EGO since April 2021 as a Key Account Manager. He is holding a degree in Maritime studies from SBE College and is doing a bachelor's in Business Administration and Finance at EAP.
Business Development Associate
Odysseas has been working at Alter Ego since 2021 in the company's development department. Among his responsibilities are the planning, together with the commercial management, of the sales and development strategy, the communication with potential and existing customers to create new opportunities, the preparation and drafting of offers and the monitoring of the Greek and global market for new trends and developments in FM. He is also actively involved in all stages of creating new marketing and promotion material for the company. He is a graduate in Computer Systems and Network Support, from the Professional and Technical Education and Training Center of OAED Pallini. He speaks English and German.
In 2021, Alexandros assumed the position of inhouse Facility Manager at a facility complex of our large client. His studies are Mechanical Engineering TE while he attends MBA at the Hellenic Open University (EAP).
Key Account Manager / Hard Services Consulting Engineer
Vassilis has been in our team since 2021 having assumed the role of Hard Services Consulting Engineer. Vassilis studied Electrical Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Timisoara (UPETE).
Key Account Manager
Dimitris has been working at Alter Ego since 2022 as Soft Services Account Manager. He is a graduate of Airport Services from the Public IEK Chania.
Junior Payroll Administrator
Maria has been working at Alter Ego since 2021. She has a degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Peloponnese.
Efrosini is responsible for staff recruitment at Alter Ego. He has a degree in Psychology from Kapodistrian University and is fluent in English and German.
Key Account Manager
Konstantinos has been working at Alter Ego since 2023 as Soft Services Account Manager. He is a graduate of the Department of Geology and Geoenvironment of EKPA.
Key Account Manager - Hospitality Services
Katerina has been working in our company since 2018 as a Housekeeper and since 2023 she is Key Account Manager - Hospitality Services. He studied Radiology Assistant at IEK PASTER Thessaloniki.
