RETENTION TIME

We retain your personal data for the duration of our contractual relationship. The personal data we process is not retained for longer than is necessary for the performance of the contract and any services directly related to it:

a. Ιn the case of the provision of a service, for as long as necessary to complete the service and for a period of five years from the completion of the specific order and at least for as long as the relevant legal (tax or other) obligation.

β. In case you fill in the contact form or submit a request, your personal data are kept for as long as required for your service and for a period of two years after the completion of the procedure.

c. In case you submit your CV for evaluation for a job vacancy, for a period of two (2) years, in case your application is not successful. Please note that you can update your data by sending an e-mail to info.@alter-ego.gr. You can also inform us at any time that you no longer wish us to keep your data (CV) by sending a relevant e-mail to info@alter-ego.gr, in which case your data will be deleted.

We will also retain personal data:

This time limit may be extended by a maximum of two (2) more months if the request is complex or there are many requests. The minimum necessary of his/her personal data will be kept, to safeguard the legitimate interests of the company.

Finally, each user has the right to submit a query to the Company regarding the way his/her personal data is processed and protected, and if he/she considers that any of his/her rights are violated, he/she has the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority ( http://www.dpa.gr/, Kifissias 1-3, P.C. 115 23, Athens, 210 6475600).

ADOLESCENTS

You should be aware that the content and services on this Website are not intended for children under the age of 16.
